Privacy

We collect what we need to make and ship your order: your name, email, shipping address and what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

We don't sell your information, and we only email you about your order or a message you sent us. The cart is saved in your own browser until you check out. So we can see which models people are interested in, your browser also sends us what's in the cart under a random ID; it isn't linked to your name or email unless you go on to place an order.

We advertise on Google, so the shop pages load Google's ad tag. It tells Google which models were viewed or added to a cart, and when an order is placed, so we can show our ads to people likely to want them and see which ads work. When you place an order, your email is scrambled (hashed) in your browser before it's sent to Google, to match the sale to an ad click; Google never receives it in readable form. You can turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
