When it ships

Every model is printed to order. Most orders ship within 3 business days from Austin, Texas (78754) by USPS with tracking. You'll get a tracking email as soon as the label is created.

Shipping in the US

US orders (including Puerto Rico and Guam) ship by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, usually arriving 2–5 days after they ship. Shipping is worked out from how many models are in your order (postage for the package plus $2.00 handling per item); a single model is $9.69. Your cart shows the exact amount before you pay. Orders over $300.00 (before tax) ship free.

International shipping

We ship worldwide by USPS with tracking. International shipping is a flat $20.00 per order plus $10.00 per model (each model counts as about a pound), up to $100.00 — that covers orders of up to 8 models. Choose “Another country” in your cart to see it. For bigger international orders, contact us for a quote. Delivery usually takes 1–4 weeks after shipping, and any import duties or taxes are charged by your country on delivery.

Returns

Changed your mind? Send unused models back within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging, and we'll refund the price of the models to your original payment method once they arrive. Return postage is paid by you, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded. Contact us first and we'll send the return address.

Damaged or misprinted

Resin is detailed but brittle. If something arrives broken or misprinted, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you — your choice. You don't need to send it back.
